Aloha;
The Heirs of Lunalilo, Kale Davis and Moses Kekuaiwa have notified Maui Land and Pineapple that they do not own the following parcels:
That parcel and all parcels created from
LCA 8559:B23 in Honolua granted to Lunalilo
That parcel and all parcels created from LCA 7714B
and granted to Moses Kekuaiwa
That parcel and all parcels created from LCA 8522B
granted to Kale Davis
Our claims are based on laws that were established to protect the lands of the kanaka maoli. These rights and entitlements have never been relinquished.
A Notice of Correct title has been filed with the Bureau of Conveyances in an effort to discourage and prevent the sale of any properties in this area; including but not limited to parcels that have been carved from them. Any property that has been sold in this area will revert back to the rightful owners.
From this day forward you are on notice of the cloud to this title. If you chose not to acknowledge this claim and sell property in these areas it is possible you can be held responsible by all parties.
We do posses deeds for each of these areas.
